By meeting users where they are, companies can now reduce friction between IT and business teams to drive higher efficiency and growth.

Job Description

We are looking for a self-starting, full-cycle AE who can help take our customers to the next level. Our sales motion is a mix of velocity deals plus longer sales-led cycles. This role needs someone who can develop a strong understanding of business needs and guide customers to a solution. This is a hybrid role that will spend a few days a week in our Austin office.

Responsibilities

  • Full sales cycle ownership from lead to customer
  • Prospect into a target account list to generate net new sales opportunities
  • Help educate Coefficient users throughout their customer lifecycle
  • Use product metrics to identify how to make customers successful
  • Deliver feedback from customers on how to drive the product roadmap
  • Work closely with customers to ensure successful early adoption of our product
  • Develop a strong understanding of the product, technology ecosystem and use cases

Qualifications

  • You have 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in a customer-facing role
  • Highly proficient with spreadsheets and a strong desire to get your hands dirty on customer calls
  • You are a world-class communicator across all mediums
  • You have excellent organization skills and can effectively prioritize your work in a fast-paced environment
  • You are analytically minded and love solving ambiguous problems
  • You're self-motivated, hungry to learn and work both fast and smart
  • You're passionate about using every touchpoint with a user to turn them into champions
  • You love high-velocity sales cycles and have no problem keeping yourself organized while working on many opportunities at the same time
