Job Description

Within the Group HR team, in a very international and growth context, you will contribute to the implementation of a wide range of activities together with the Talent Director, and will have direct responsibility for several programs, processes and projects. You will be in contact with the worldwide HR community, support functions and business leaders.

Your main missions will be to:

  • Lead Group onboarding, performance management, internal mobility and 360 feedback programs
  • Coordinate the implementation of Talent Reviews with Regions and business lines, consolidate key data and prepare the Group Talent Review
  • Contribute to managing Group leadership programs and initiatives for high potentials development
  • Manage projects to simplify and digitize Talent processes
  • Promote Coface employer brand and job opportunities, both internally and externally, in close cooperation with the Group Communications team
  • Design and deploy digital training modules and webinars relating to Talent programs
  • Perform analyses on various Talent related data to monitor the impact of our initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to the HR community and to top management

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years’ experience in Human Resources, with focus on Talent Development, preferably in an operational entity
  • Project management experience, on an international scale
  • Experience in employer branding and talent acquisition is a plus
  • Use of digital HR tools (recruitment, training ...) and social networks
  • Self-starter, hands-on and can do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical, rigorous and structured
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
