Verisure is seeking for a talented, passionate, and analytical Group Talent Leadership Development Intern to join our growing and successful Group HR Talent & Development Team. There will be substantial opportunities for development for the successful candidate, as well as a large potential to take other roles in the company (across different areas and countries).

Within the Group Talent & Development team, you will be surrounded by strong, well-rounded profiles, trained to, and focused on helping you thrive as a professional.  

 

Main responsibilities will include 

  • Contribute to supporting the team in developing global high-impact Leadership development-related projects. 

  • Design and update the Leadership development content library to facilitate efficient document sharing (before, during, and after the learning programmes are delivered) and support multiple countries (+17) and Group Functions as users of this library. 

  • Support the Group Leadership Development team in maintaining continuous partnerships with international teams to ensure alignment in Leadership Development initiatives across the organisation. 

  • Assist in setting up and facilitating trainings, workshops, and team dynamics sessions; and managing any post-workshop activities whether system- or people-related. 

  • Prepare materials to ensure high-impact discussions and facilitations with leaders from all geographies related to Leadership development initiatives. 

  • Support the development of a strategic plan to build and sustain an engaged alumni network and life-long learning initiatives for Leadership development programmes.  

  • Investigate and analyse global trends and best practices in Leadership development (with a special focus on AI applied to leadership development)  

 

Location  

The position is full-time and based in Madrid (under a hybrid work-from-home policy of 2 days at home per week with two weeks per year to work wherever you prefer).

Experiences & Qualifications  

We are looking for a high potential / top performer individual, proactive, and solution-oriented person who is looking for a challenging yet rewarding job: 

 

  • Top-tier education background with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social sciences, business administration, or related fields. 

  • Nice to have: A master's degree in human resources. 

  • Strong analytical skills, coupled with very strong attention to detail and Excel skills. 

  • Strong written and oral communication capabilities to support the creation and presentation of slides in PowerPoint.  

  • Familiarity with digital and AI skills is an asset  

  • Nice to have: Experience in international multi-cultural environments and with diverse teams.  

  • Willingness to have an impact, learn and grow in a company with great opportunities and potential.  

  • Ability and willingness to take a "hands-on" approach while maintaining an ability for a high-level or strategic view. 

  • Enthusiasm, high energy, and strong drive to create a positive work environment.  

  • Agile, able to manage uncertainty and adapt to change with pragmatism. 

  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and level of judgment - a strong, confident, yet humble person with the ability to interact at all levels and manage interactions with the senior leadership.

Languages 

  • Required: Fluent in written and spoken English 

  • Nice to have: Fluent in written and spoken Spanish 

  • Other European languages are a plus
