Reporting directly to the Finance Director, Group Functions & Special Projects (based in Geneva HQ), this role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders across key functions such as HR, Legal, Marketing, Procurement, and Finance.

About the Role
As part of the Group Finance team, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class financial analysis that drives strategic decision-making, strengthens financial planning and reporting, and enhances our core reporting processes. You will also bring new financial thinking, set up new processes, and drive simplification projects.
Key responsibilities include providing strategic financial support to Non-Tech functions, driving process improvements in reporting and financial planning, ensuring accurate planning and transparent reporting, and ensuring compliance. You will manage budget processes, lead month-end reviews, oversee financial analysis, promote financial education across teams, and enhance financial processes across working capital, tax, and cash flow.
This role can be based in either Madrid or Geneva.
About you
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who excels in data-oriented decision-making, has a strong influence on stakeholders, and thrives in team collaboration. If you can manage priorities with agility and possess a problem-solving mindset, we want you on our team! Mastery of self-leadership is essential for this role.
While you don't need to be a certified accountant, this position involves significant exposure to accounting tasks and interactions with various companies within our organization. We're seeking someone with robust accounting knowledge who can confidently navigate financial complexities with expertise.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of finance experience (preferably FP&A),
- Bachelor’s in finance/business
- Experience from a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Master self-leadership
- Language Skills: Excellent English; Spanish (or other European languages) are a plus.
