Four Seasons Hotels UK Collection is looking to recruit a Group Sales Executive to join our team.

About the Four Seasons Hotels UK Collection:

Responsibilities:

The Group Sales Executive will be responsible for handling group enquiries from initial lead to signed contract and all the processes that go with this.

Work closely with the sales team to convert group business required to meet budgeted sales goals for the UK Collection hotels, to produce Rooms, Catering and Food & Beverage revenue for the UK Collection hotels.

What you will do:

  • Handle all group sales enquiries, preparing tailored proposals, contracts, and follow-ups to successfully convert leads into confirmed bookings.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets for rooms, catering, and food & beverage across the UK Collection hotels.

  • Build and nurture relationships with repeat clients while proactively engaging with new clients.

  • Identify new market opportunities and share insights with the proactive sales team to drive business growth.

  • Conduct regular prospecting calls to new and existing accounts within assigned regions or industries to generate fresh leads.

What we are looking for:

  • At least one years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and administrative/computer skills.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to convert enquiries into bookings.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.

  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Confident and professional telephone manner.

  • Knowledge of Opera and Salesforce systems preferred.

  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
