Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Kaohsiung Diodes, TW is currently seeking applicants for a group Leader. Responsible for leading & managing the production line in assembly, precisely executing the planned schedule from planning group, ensuring, and improving product quality to satisfy the customer needs and handling MES & promise system.

Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd. Kaohsiung Branch is located in Kaohsiung Nanzih Technology Industrial Park, home of many high-tech companies and Vishay is the one of the few foreign companies. At Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd. Kaohsiung Branch provides you with responsible and ethical leadership and we promote sound environmental health and safety principles and practices by encouraging open communication with employees, governmental agencies, suppliers, contractors, customers, and industry groups.

What you will be doing:

• Leading & managing the production line in assembly on daily basis.
• Precisely execute the planned schedule from planning group on daily basis.
• Ensure and improve product quality to satisfy the customer needs.
• Handle MES & promise system.

What you will bring along:

• Academic/Professional Education High school above.
• At least 1 years at Management Level in production /engineering.
• Mandarin/leader, Basic knowledge of planning on MRP, CRP, & DLP/EHS Assembly & Semiconductor Knowledge.
