Responsible for providing High Value Added, Propose Effective Solution via Cost Down Systematic Approach, Technology Platform innovation for productivity & efficiency improvement to achieve best competitive cost, market leader without compromising Quality.

Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd MOSFET product line includes a diverse range of advanced technologies. We are one of the pioneering corporations that invested in semiconductor packaging in Taiwan founded in 1974 with around 600 employees. It is very convenient to visit us through public transportation: bus lines and just 8 mins walk from Nanzih Export Processing Zone MRT station and 10 mins drive time from Zuoyang High speed rail station.

What you will be doing:

• PATENT FILLING to block competition and achieve highest competitive edge
• Introduce and spearheading LINE AUTOMATION, BE Technologies solution (incl. Interconnect, material and methodologies) and platform development with simplicity, robust, reliable and manufacturable design through intellectual properties
• Provide Cost Leadership driving systematic and new technology innovation cost down approach

Lead, Drive and Interfacing with Operations, various BE sites, Marketing, US SJ, Finance for new process, NPI, product design improvement, integration, transfer and hand over

• Competitor Intelligent Benchmarking concerning technologies, platform, materials product design, package construction & system design cost analysis
• Sourcing, drive and partnership with supplier on alternative cost-effective materials and technologies for cost competitiveness solution without impacting product performance and quality
• Strategize Value Engineering projects across sites, platform and support for competitive edge
• IE Leadership role in machine, processes, system, man time study & data analysis to drive optimum productivity.

What you will bring along:

• Minimum 10 years in Production, Process, IE related fields in Semiconductor
• 8 years in managerial position
• Good English communication with Speak, Read, and Write
