Your Role at Delta Faucet

The Group Leader is responsible for the effective supervision and leadership of the production work groups and team leaders. The Group Leader is responsible for adherence to safety policies, developing and mentoring people, improving processes, cost reduction, quality assurance, training, on time delivery, and employee engagement. This Group Leader role will support a 5pm-2:30am shift.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and encourages excellent communication with the work force, allowing for an empowered and engaged environment.
• Fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Achieves and sustains targeted safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Mentoring and development of our team leader staff.
• Perform root cause countermeasure analysis on metrics that are not performing to target.
• Lead, promote, and support continuous improvement activities.
• Observe and coach team members on work related issues.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.
• Set clear performance expectations and goals for team leaders and their teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
