Group Lead, IT - Order Management at a glance...
You will own the Global Order to Bill (OTB) technical footprint, which incorporates both the existing OTB IT landscape, and the delivery of the Core OTB solution in S4 Hana and the regional roll out of these capabilities, including financial integration.
What's on the menu?

  • Design and implementation of the core OTB architecture template for their capability to deliver excellent stakeholder and customer experience
  • Manage key senior stakeholder relationships in the space, particularly with the S4 business process leads, regional process experts and GBS operations leads, understanding the importance of exceptional change management for transformation
  • Lead the regional implementation SMEs and Configurators, as well as external system integrators, to implement the template in the project
  • Effectively optimise and maintain the current implemented toolkit, setting clear strategic plans which are in line with the broader S4 Core OTB roll out
  • Project management experience to be able to translate the broader project plan into actionable steps for their area and drive that delivery, from program development to hyper care
  • Expert in S4 Hana and related tools in OTB, with hands on experience, able to champion the core solution design, able to train and support the regional SMEs and configurators

  • I have a bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
  • I have 12+ years' experience including:
    • Leading large-scale integration and transformation programs in OTB and ERP systems, blending business and technical capabilities to bridge end to end process, operating models and technical architecture
    • Project scoping, management, requirements analysis/definition/mapping, solution and process design, and test planning/scenario creation for large scale programs, including budgeting and forecasting
    • Consumer Products industry
    • SAP Certified (S4/Hana required & ECC desired)
    • Esker desired
    • highradius desired
    • ServiceNow desired

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$143,800.00 - $179,700.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
