About the role of Group Incentive Sales Manager 

Responsible for promoting and securing group incentive travel business and generating hotel/resort awareness through direct phone sales, direct sales calls, FAM trips, and tradeshows. Ensure quotas and goals are met, and direct sales activities are carried out.   

 

What you will do: 

  • Responsible for promoting and securing group incentive travel business 

  • Promote and sell to group segments. 

  • Generate hotel/resort awareness through direct phone sales, direct sales calls, FAM trips, and tradeshows. 

  • Ensuring quotas and goals are met and ensuring that direct sales activities are performed.   

  • Works closely with sales and marketing team to solicit, sell and contract group business required to meet budgeted sales goals for the property. 

 

What you bring: 

  • The ability to speak and write English fluently and Spanish is also required, as this position is based in Mexico.  

  • Previous experience in Luxury Hotel Sales Hospitality minimum of 3 years. 

  • Proven sales track record. 

  • The ability to travel extensively to promote the resort is required 

  • Ability to work with all hotel systems and maintain a high attention to detail. 

  • Understand and ability to deliver high quality, luxury service standards. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills 

  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation 

  • Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
