Job Description
- Leader and owner of all Trading / Treasury products and servicing vis a vis Private Banking and Asset Management. Responsible for Balance Sheet Management and Trading books.
- Accountable for TT revenue, cost, project and headcount budgets, as well as compliance of TT activities with internal directives, local laws and regulation. Initiator and sponsor of TT efficiency, revenue and training programs.
- Treasury - Balance Sheet, Cash and Regulatory Bond Management, Proprietary Trading for Bond and FX OTC products
- Forex and Precious Metals Spot, Swaps, Options, DCI, Structured Products FX & PM
- Money Market, Repo and interest rate derivative products
- Liquidity and Balance Sheet Management (Asset- and Liability Management, Fund Transfer Pricing)
- E-Trading
- Best execution service to our internal clients (Private Banking and Asset Management)
- Liaise with various group functions, in particular group market and liquidity risk and controlling
- Continuous improvement of processes and systems
- Help to adhere to all relevant regulations, in particular NSFR, LCR, Basel III
Requirements
- Proven track record as operational Treasury manager leading various trading teams
- Comprehensive know-how of investment bank Trading / Treasury products
- Proven trading risk management skills with relevant experience
- Balanced risk – revenue mentality
- Well acquainted with standard risk measuring methods (VaR,, etc.)
- Client centric thinking and experience in Wealth Management Servicing
- Strong system affinity, data analytical skills and track record of automation / STP projects
- Loves to manage and support people, recognize talent
- Stress resilient, entrepreneurial and self-initiated
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptional skills
- Passion for learning and sharing knowledge
- Family values - highly reliable, trustworthy, long-term orientation and able to instill trust and confidence with staff, peers and superiors
- Excellent communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholders on different management levels
- Multilingual (English, German, regional dialect), French and additional languages as a plus
- University degree level qualifications and/or relevant academic training and experience
