The Role:

As a Group Employment & Labour Relations Intern, you will contribute to support the Group ERLR department in various topics, mainlyp playing an essential role assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of our ERLR activities.  You will report to the Group ER/LR Advisor.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented and highly organised person, keen to start a career in Human Resources, with a particular interest in employee and labor relations, although no previous experience in this field is required

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to the ERLR department, Organize and accurately file contracts and other employment-related documents and ensure all records and documents are maintained in a systematic and accessible manner.

  • Database and Tracking System Maintenance: Update and maintain various employee databases and tracking systems and generate and manage reports to support the department's activities and ensure data accuracy.

  • Invoice Management: Process and track invoices related to the ERLR department and ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain accurate records for financial tracking.

Future Opportunities:

Upon successfully demonstrating your ability to handle these responsibilities, you will have the chance to expand your role to include more complex tasks such as:

  • Drafting employment contracts and related agreements for all our 18 countries.

  • Providing support and analysis on employee and labor relations matters. This could potentially include support in in analysing employment cases.

  • Assisting in the drafting and deployment of group policies.

  • Support tracking and communication on different global projects

Experiences and Qualifications:

  • Degree in law, Human Resources, business, psychology or any other related field.

  • At ease with Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Fluent in English.

  • A first experience in consulting, in an HR department (ideally in an international environment) is a plus.
