Position Overview 

  • Managing client projects to ensure agency work aligns with brand strategies and client objectives while upholding established standards for quality, budget, and timelines.  
  • The Group Account Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day client/agency relationship with a focus on partnering with medical and creative leads to provide proactive strategic management and drive account growth and demonstrate fiscal responsibility.  
  • Provides mentorship and coaching for Account direct reports and creates and implements plans for their professional skill development.  
  • Local (tri-state) client engagement travel as needed/required 

PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid position requiring onsite collaboration. The role will be based out of our office located in New York City. All candidates must be willing to commute into the office on a regular basis. 

 Preferred Qualifications 

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive account management experience in medical communications, HCP promotion, or consumer advertising  
  • Experience managing direct reports  
  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • Master’s degree in business or science preferred 
  • Experience across multiple products, therapeutic categories, and client companies preferred 

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 

The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB.   Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
