About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Graphics Designer to join our creative team and help produce visually appealing and engaging designs across a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency with design software to create high-quality graphics for both digital and print media. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring concepts to life and support brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:Design Creation

  • Develop original graphics for various marketing and communication materials, including social media posts, website assets, digital ads, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other promotional materials.
  • Create and maintain brand assets (logos, fonts, color palettes, etc.) to ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.
  • Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and design creative visual solutions for both print and digital projects.
  • Produce and design creative content for use across various platforms (e.g., website, social media, email newsletters, online campaigns).
  • Ensure that design files are production-ready and meet quality standards for both digital and print production.

Creative Concept Development

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and project teams to understand project requirements and develop visual concepts that effectively communicate key messages.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer design ideas and creative solutions.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.

Graphic Design for Social Media and Digital Platforms

  • Design visual content tailored for social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with audience preferences and current trends.
  • Optimize graphics for digital media, ensuring files are appropriately formatted for different platforms and devices (e.g., website, social media, email).
  • Develop assets for online campaigns, including banners, landing pages, and interactive content.

Video and Animation (optional, if applicable)

  • Create simple animations, video graphics, and motion graphics for marketing materials and digital content.
  • Collaborate with video production teams to design video thumbnails, title screens, and lower thirds for video content.
  • Produce and edit video content for social media, ads, or corporate videos, as needed.

File Management and Version Control

  • Organize and maintain design files, ensuring they are easily accessible for team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all design assets are properly versioned, archived, and backed up according to internal processes.
  • Manage design timelines and ensure that all deliverables are met on schedule.

Quality Control and Revisions

  • Review final designs for errors and consistency before submitting them to stakeholders or moving to production.
  • Implement feedback and revisions from clients and internal teams while maintaining design integrity and visual appeal.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines, typography standards, and other relevant specifications.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with other designers, copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive design solutions and consistent brand messaging.
  • Communicate effectively with teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and goals, ensuring a seamless design process.

Market and Design Trends

  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure that designs are modern, relevant, and engaging.
  • Experiment with new styles, techniques, and creative approaches to push the boundaries of visual communication.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience:
    • 2-5 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio of design work across various media (print, digital, social, etc.).
    • Proven experience with a variety of design projects, including digital marketing assets, print materials, and social media content.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
    • Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
    • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web design is a plus.
    • Experience in creating web and mobile graphics optimized for performance.
    • Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and effective in delivering the message.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a team and handle client feedback.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative design solutions.
  • Portfolio:
    • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including examples of both print and digital media, demonstrating creativity, skill, and understanding of design principles.
  • Certifications (preferred):
    • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or other relevant certifications in graphic design tools and software.
