SCHEDULE
Full Time

- Create visual designs for various projects such as posters, flyers, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure that designs align with the brand guidelines and meet the project goals.
- Conceptualize creative solutions for each assignment per its goals, purpose, and intended outcomes.
- Works with printers and vendors to support fulfillment, proofing and delivery of items.
- Manage and maintain digital assets, as well as design files and archives.
- Keep digital communications up-to-date and on-brand.
- Maintain a working knowledge of current and leading trends in visual design.
- Receive and apply feedback regularly to adjust to evolving needs.
- Manage multiple projects and assignments, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a high standard of excellence, dedication, and flexibility.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience
- Two to three years of experience in Graphic Design
Education
- Four-year degree in visual arts OR 2 additional years of experience in place of degree.
- A portfolio of design work that demonstrates creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Willingness to innovate with creativity and try new ideas.
- Ability to work with project management software (Asana)
- Attention to detail and skilled in production.
- Ability to receive and apply feedback regularly and adjust to evolving needs with agility.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments.
- Ability to present ideas with clarity.
- Effective collaboration and consulting skills at all levels of the organization.
- Maintains a high standard of excellence, dedication, flexibility, and a “whatever it takes” attitude.
Managerial Responsibility
No supervisory/managerial responsibility
Computer/Office Equipment Skills
Computer operating skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects is a bonus). Skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

- Ability to talk, hear, sit, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms consistently
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and crouch occasionally
