The Role
Are you a creative designer with an eye for detail and a knack for crafting engaging visuals? PartnerHero is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring ideas to life. The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high-quality visual designs for various projects, including advertising campaigns, social media assets, branding, and more. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This hybrid role will require 1 or 2 days in the office, depending on your location.

What You’ll Do:

• Under the direction of the in-house creative director, design and produce visually engaging content for digital platforms, including ads, social media graphics, content in the resource center, and other companion graphics supporting physical and virtual events and webinars.
• Collaborate with in-house creative teams to conceptualize and execute designs that meet client objectives.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with client brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Support senior creatives in larger campaigns and projects as needed.

What We Expect From You:

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills across digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects without compromising quality or timelines.
• A collaborative spirit with strong communication skills to present and refine ideas.
• A commitment to following brand guidelines while delivering fresh, innovative designs.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere).
• Experience working in agency settings or managing a diverse range of projects.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design tools is a plus.
