Hey there! I’m one of the co-founders of Hunch, and I’m looking for a kickass Graphic Designer to join our team and work directly with me. Hunch isn’t just another dating app—it’s a revolution. We’re redefining how people connect, making dating more dynamic, personality-driven, and engaging. Our brand thrives on fresh, high-energy visuals, and I need someone who can help bring that vision to life.

Who You Are:

If you’re someone who lives and breathes motion graphics and illustration, constantly pushes creative boundaries, and stays ahead of design trends, I want to talk to you. I’m looking for a designer who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn’t afraid to grind when needed. If you’ve built an AI avatar or successfully grown a faceless Instagram/YouTube account, you’ve already got my attention.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and illustrations for our digital platforms.
• Developing engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and app-related assets.
• Staying updated with the latest design trends, AI-driven graphics, and industry innovations to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Working closely with me and the marketing/product teams to ideate and execute design strategies.
• Managing multiple projects across different brand verticals while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Taking full ownership of projects, proactively suggesting new design ideas and improvements.
• Ensuring all creative assets align with Hunch’s brand identity and storytelling approach.

What I’m Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on motion graphics and illustration.
• Prior experience working in an agency setup, handling multiple brands across different industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Experience with AI-driven design tools and techniques.
• Strong leadership qualities—you should be able to take initiative, manage tasks independently, and drive creative projects forward.
• The ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for innovation, with an eagerness to experiment and learn new design methodologies.
• Willingness to work during odd hours when needed (startup life, am I right?).

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Worked on side interesting side projects
• Experience of working on building a new brand/design identity
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
