Senior Product Designer / Lead Product Designer
MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing animation and illustration work, is proficient in Adobe After Effects (or equivalent), Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent), and Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent), and has basic knowledge of Figma (a plus). In this role, you will be responsible for creating interactive and visually stunning assets that enhance the brand and user- experience across Sprout product
TASKS:
- Animation & Illustration: craft dynamic motion graphics and create illustrations.
- Graphics: Create simplified user interface graphics for Sprout products.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Collaborate with the product design team using Figma to design, and refine visual elements.
- Creative Brainstorming: Participate in creative sessions to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches for Sprout products.
- Feedback Implementation: Iterate on design concepts based on team feedback and evolving product needs.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Adobe After Effects (or equivalent): Proficiency in creating compelling motion graphics.
- Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent): Expertise in vector design and illustration.
- Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent): Expertise in graphic design.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in animation, illustration, and graphic design.
- Passion for digital design and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
