Your Role:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Division-Specific Training: Gain in depth knowledge and experience within the designated division (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Data, CEO Team).
- Daily Support: Assist in day-to-day tasks, including research, data collection, and preparing reports or presentations.
- Project Involvement: Contribute to ongoing projects, supporting the team with execution and delivery.
- Data and Reporting: Analyze relevant data, contribute to reports, and support decision-making within the division.
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying inefficiencies and recommend improvements for team processes.
- Administrative Assistance: Provide support for administrative functions such as scheduling and documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Fresh graduate with degree in Business Administration, Data, Management, Product, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to speak and write in English is a plus
