Job Description

We are looking for a graduate Sales Specialist to join our retail team! As a graduate, you will support and play an integral role in learning about the coffee business, our customers, understand and manage performance metrics, and drive growth with our retailers. You will gain hands on experience in account management, sales administration, and range management collaborating closely with our supply chain, category and marketing teams to develop strategies and ensure our products are well represented across our Australian retailers!
This is a full-time position based in our North Sydney office with hybrid working. Are you up for this challenge? 

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure sales targets are met in terms of volume, revenue, profit and temporary price reductions
  • Build and maintain relationships across grocery retailers
  • Organise promotional campaigns, analyse their results and present our findings and recommendations in collaboration with the National Sales Managers
  • Work to support joint business plans with the customer to create a platform to manage ongoing support and align priorities and opportunities
  • Analyse our performance with the help of various analytics platforms
  • Join forces with colleagues from the marketing, category and supply chain teams to bring our instants, capsules, ground and whole bean segments to the next level

Qualifications

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • An interest in Sales and a passion for growing your career in commercial retail 
  • Great communication skills and the confidence to (learn how to) present in customer meetings
  • Analytical skills: you enjoy diving into reports to analyse trends and provide recommendations
  • You are well organised, easily multi-task many different priorities and have great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are excited to work with our coffee brands and to help us grow our business while driving your career
  • Valid long-term AU working rights
