Context of the Role

Thunes is hiring a Go-To Market & Sales Enablement Intern that will be assisting the Go-To-Market (GTM) & Sales Enablement team within the overall GTM team. This role will have a dual reporting line to the Head of Go To Market Strategy and VP Commercial Operations & Enablement and will support critical commercial initiatives that are aimed at improving business performance. You will work in an international team of people coming from different cultural and professional backgrounds and will have opportunities to collaborate with other functional teams like sales, marketing, finance, and HR.

We are looking for a candidate who is ambitious, detail-oriented, has exceptional communication skills and design skills and knows how to balance getting the right details while working in a fast-paced environment. The individual will be a key member of a growing GTM team, which is critical to the overall productivity and growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop standalone and integrated content assets, including presentations, one-pagers, and key documents for both internal and external use. Ensure materials are clear, professional, and aligned with company branding and messaging. 
  • Enablement AI Videos: Ensure consistency in training videos by utilising Colossyan, an intuitive AI video creator, to align videos created by stakeholders across Thunes with our established format and guidelines.
  • Learning Programme Maintenance: Develop and maintain key assets and programmes in Thunes Elevate, our internal learning management system for the Commercial team, ensuring all content is accurately tagged with appropriate descriptions.
  • Enablement through Slack: Facilitate enablement updates through dedicated Slack channels and manage the Commercial Onboarding Hub to streamline communication and training.
  • Facilitate Training: Oversee the coordination and execution of live virtual training sessions on Thunes Elevate, including managing session setup, attendee participation, and recordings to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Professional Qualifications/Experience 

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program (MBA with focus on sales & marketing preferred)
  • Previous professional experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in Go To Market and Sales enablement 
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-rounded technical toolkit, including creating professional PowerPoint decks and Excel workbooks
  • Relevant industry experience in payments or technology and exposure to a B2B sales environment will be advantageous
  • Proficiency in artistic design or image creation tools is an added advantage such as Canva, showcasing creativity and enhancing visual content quality.
