About the Role
As a data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Analyst, you’ll play a key role in market research, lead generation, and performance analysis to ensure successful product launches and adoption in the public sector. Your responsibilities include supporting the product, marketing, and sales team with actionable intelligence to drive business growth. This role combines data analysis with lead generation activities.
Core Functions of the Role:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Analyze client and market data to identify high-value target accounts and ideal customer profiles (ICP).
- Develop data-driven insights to inform GTM strategy and lead generation campaigns.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, customer segments, and competitive positioning.
- Gather and analyze industry trends, policy changes, and government procurement patterns.
- Lead Generation:
- Leverage insights from market data to identify and generate qualified leads through various channels (external data sources, CRM data, social media, etc.).
- Optimize audiences for email marketing campaigns using account-based marketing (ABM).
- Improve the lead qualification process to help move through the sales funnel.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze lead generation performance metrics (conversion rates, lead quality, cost per lead) to identify areas for optimization.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key GTM KPIs and present actionable insights.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
About You:
- We’re looking for an analytical thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making, strategic problem-solving, and an interest in government technology.
- 2-5 years of experience in a GTM, business analysis, market research, or strategy role (preferably in SaaS, B2G, or technology sectors).
- Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing analytics tools.
- Understanding of government procurement, public sector technology trends, and B2G sales cycles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
