The Workplace Innovation team is looking for a Workplace Engagement Manager to ensure that our colleagues are meaningfully engaged in workplace changes, adapt new ways of working and behaviors and feel set up for success in their workplace environments.
 

We do not offer relocation for this position
 

Core Responsibilities

In the LEGO Group we continuously evolve our LEGO workplaces to meet the changing needs of the business and our colleagues. We strive to create environments that are inclusive, sustainable, supportive, fun and playful and implement this aspiration in both new and existing sites through large-scale projects, smaller upgrades and day-to-date improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading colleague engagement and change management for workplace projects and upgrades.

  • Creating and implementing communication strategies to align workplace project messaging as One LEGO Team.

  • Onboarding colleagues and senior leaders to new ways of working.

  • Designing channels for engaging workplace communications and driving the development of initiatives to improve the end-user experience in our workplaces.

  • Leading workplace innovation projects that nudge colleague behaviors that align with our workplace strategy, including workplace sustainability engagement, and fun and playful workplace.

The Workplace Innovation team is based in the organization’s People, Places and Culture department and drives workplace insights, innovation and engagement across the LEGO Group’s global workplace portfolio of 70+ offices.
 

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate brings a background in design, communications, marketing, social sciences or business administration. You bring solid experience in driving workplace innovation and engagement within a creative agency, consultancy or multinational corporation and have a laser sharp eye for how to create great user experience.

  • The ability to create creative and engaging communication materials across a variety of channels.

  • Solid communication and facilitation skills, both online and in person.

  • Good understanding of how to nudge and influence human behavior and ways of working at a large scale, preferably within a large, multinational organization.

  • Experience with working with human-centered design methods and a natural ability for simplifying and communicating complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand for a diverse group of audiences.

  • Robust project management skills and ability to lead a project team through complex projects with multiple partners.
