Global Wealth Operations Analyst

Purpose:

This position will be part of the Global Wealth team, focusing on expanding the Apollo IDF business through Athene and third-party carriers. The role will provide operational support to sales partners within Global Wealth, Athene, and Apollo, while also coordinating with external distributors to drive the growth of the IDF business.

Accountabilities:

•    Process Athene Altitude new business paperwork from application through issuance.
•    Coordinate with various departments at Athene (Case Management, Treasury, Compliance, etc.) to facilitate Athene Altitude new business.
•    Educate internal and external sales partners on the Athene Altitude onboarding process.
•    Facilitate the monthly IDF investment process, including coordinating subscription documents submitted by Athene and third-party carriers.
•    Track and update information related to all open cases in the pipeline.
•    Maintain Altitude and IDF reporting data.
•    Provide white glove client service to investors.
•    Handle additional projects as assigned.
 

Qualifications and Experience:

•    3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
•    Preferred: Prior experience in investment or insurance product operations.
•    Proven ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities.
•    Demonstrated success in building and fostering relationships.
•    High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Must obtain a state Insurance license within 3 months.
•    Must obtain Series 6 within 6 months.
•    Must be able to communicate effectively using verbal and written methods, explaining products, tools, concepts, and processes to a diverse customer base.
•    Bachelor's Degree required.
 

$75,680.00 - $113,520.00 USD Annual

Annual Salary for this role is market competitive.  Actual salary for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.  Depending on the role, a discretionary bonus plan or variable sales incentive may be included.
