As Global Touchpoint Owner for SEO & SEA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global search strategy to drive organic and paid search performance for Bosch Professional Power Tools. You will oversee SEO and SEA activities, ensuring optimal visibility, traffic acquisition, and conversion growth across international markets.

Your role is at the intersection of data-driven marketing, technical optimization, and strategic brand alignment—collaborating with internal stakeholders, agencies, and global teams to maximize search efficiency and enhance the user experience.

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO & SEA Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and SEA strategies to optimize visibility and user engagement across international markets.
  • Manage global paid search (SEA) campaigns, including media planning, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Lead technical SEO initiatives, such as site speed optimization, structured data implementation, and mobile usability improvements.
  • Implement AI-driven content strategies to enhance organic search performance and align with user intent.
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and performance audits to drive continuous improvements.

2. Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting

  • Own the search marketing performance, managing a traffic acquisition channel responsible for ~3.8 million organic visits and ~1.9 million paid visits annually.
  • Set and monitor key KPIs, analyzing user behavior to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Looker Studio to derive insights and optimize campaign effectiveness.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Act as the main point of contact for SEO & SEA, ensuring strategic alignment with global marketing, e-commerce, and content teams.
  • Work closely with regional stakeholders and external agencies to drive best practices and campaign efficiency.
  • Support D2C and e-commerce teams in optimizing conversion paths and enhancing user experience across multiple digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven expertise in SEO and SEA management, with a strong track record in international search marketing.
  • Deep understanding of SEO architecture, content strategy, technical optimizations, and paid search mechanics.
  • Experience with AI-powered content generation and marketing automation is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, and Looker Studio.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO improvements.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and global stakeholder networks.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
