As the Global Touchpoint Owner for CRM & Email Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global strategy to enhance customer engagement and drive conversion through effective CRM and email marketing initiatives for Bosch Professional Power Tools. Your role will focus on optimizing customer touchpoints, ensuring seamless communication, and fostering long-term relationships with our customers across international markets.

You will operate at the intersection of data-driven marketing, customer experience optimization, and strategic brand alignment—collaborating with internal stakeholders, agencies, and global teams to maximize CRM effectiveness and enhance the overall user journey.

Job Description

CRM & Email Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a robust CRM strategy to our B2C and B2B customer database, enhance customer engagement and retention across diverse international markets.
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation, to drive customer acquisition and loyalty
  • Leverage CRM insights and marketing automation technologies to personalize content and improve customer interactions to optimize ROI
  • Lead initiatives to optimize customer data management, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize the performance of newsletters in collaboration with the regional CRM/Email Touchpoint Managers

Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting

  • Own the CRM and email marketing performance metrics, managing channels that contribute significantly to customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, the SAP Analytics Cloud, and the SAP Marketing Cloud to derive insights on Users and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM and email marketing initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with global marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders and external agencies to implement best practices and enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Support e-commerce and sales teams in optimizing customer journeys and improving user experience across multiple digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in CRM and email marketing management, with a strong track record in driving customer engagement and conversion on a global scale.
  • Deep understanding of customer data management, segmentation strategies, and email marketing best practices.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in CRM/email marketing software.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and navigate global stakeholder networks effectively.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for enhancing customer experiences through digital marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization and optimization.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
