The Global Technical Sales (GTS) team is responsible for the Sale of Professional Services and Deal Services. The team is located across three geos: APAC, Americas, EMEA and as a vital part of the organization, the team works with all departments – Sales, Legal, Product Management, Customer Success, Finance, Development and Procurement to ensure successful resolution and execution of all GTS contracts and agreements, and a variety of other documentation and collateral to drive services business both internally and directly with our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced GTS Services Sales Administrator to play a major role within the SS&C Intralinks GTS team. The successful candidate will be an integral partner across all GTS Business Units (Deal Services, Alts Services, Professional Services, Sales Engineering) for the contract execution process.

What You Will Get To Do:

As a GTS Services Sales Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment alongside seasoned services and client relationship professionals with a common goal of supporting services revenue generating opportunities. You will be responsible for facilitating and maintaining all GTS client contracts, developing services content, understanding corporate statistics and enterprise policies, providing application support with tools such as Zoma, SpringCM, and more. For the curious, there is always the opportunity for continuous learning from your peer team members about GTS functions and continuously evolving SS&C Intralinks solutions and services.
In addition, this role will also be engaged in gathering, reporting and analyzing team data to enhance the team’s ability to make timely and accurate decisions. A good understanding of Business Analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau would be a significant part of the responsibilities for this role.

  • Manage the full GTS contract signature process and lifecycle, including e-signatures and manual signatures (via Spring CM)
  • Follow up with key stakeholders such as Sales, Deal Desk, Finance and Legal to resolve GTS contract issues
  • Escalate system issues, including those related to reporting, contract templates, e-signatures, contract management and Customer Relations Management (CRM) solutions
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing workflow efficiency, automation, and standardization.
  • Develop documents and provide education to key stakeholders about the contract lifecycle and processes
  • Develop and deliver reporting and analytics to Leadership to provide timely and accurate reporting to ensure business decisions can be made
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in contracts administration, sales support, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge of digital signatures and CRM systems, preferably SpringCM and DocuSign
  • Business Reporting and Analysis skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to proactively source solutions to systems and process issues
  • Salesforce and Contract Management Systems
  • Experience working across multiple teams in an effective manner
  • High level of Word, Excel, and Tableau skills

NY: Salary range for the position: $90,000 USD to $100,000 USD.
