We are looking for a Finance Controller Lead. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

About the position?

You will be responsible for steering the financial activities for all Domains by leading and guiding a team of Domain-designated Finance Controllers. In collaboration with the Strategic Portfolio Director and the Product Performance team, you will be responsible for ensuring financial health, optimizing spending, and contributing to informed decision-making across the Tech function.

Your key missions?

  • Team Leadership
    • You will provide leadership and guidance to a team of Domain Finance Controllers and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
  • Strategic Collaboration
    • You will work closely with the Strategic Portfolio Director and Product Performance team to track metrics, KPIs, and calculate the Value created and TCO for Domains/Products
  • Budget Management
    • You will develop and maintain the Tech budget for all domains, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals
    • You will monitor and control spending, providing proactive insights on financial performance
  • Finance Analysis & Reporting
    • You will conduct in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making
    • You will generate insights into financial trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Cost Optimization
    • You will collaborate with Product Owners and Domain Directors to optimize IT spending and identify efficiency improvement

  • You have +7 years experience as a financial controller (or other similar positions)
  • You have previous experience in management
  • You are an expert in financial transactions & operations
  • You are detail-oriented & accurate in financial record-keeping
  • You have the ability to assist in the development & tracking of budgets
  • You have the ability to use financial software and tools efficiently
  • You have interpersonal and communication skills enabling you to interact with various stakeholders
  • You are able to document and present financial data accurately
  • You play a supportive role in fostering a collaborative financial culture
