Job Family Definition:

Directs and leads a staff responsible for overseeing one or more sales operations areas, including sales support, sales processing, sales operations, account operations, and sales compensation operations. Develops strategies and performance plans to support a culture of customer, partner, and sales experience and process quality within their organization. Consults and interacts with corporate, business, and function sales leadership to achieve desired business revenue and order performance results. Responsible for design and implementation of sales operations tools, systems, processes and solutions, including strategies, communication, analytics and training. Ensures sales operations are aligned with overall business objectives in order to balance operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Management Level Definition:

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies. Manages non-exempt/exempt individual contributors and/or supervisors. Has accountability for results of a major program in terms of cost, direction and people management. Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility. Plans, manages and monitors operational/tactical activities of Staff. Staff members' work may involve strategic issues. Recruits and supports development of direct staff members. Typically reports to MG2 or Director.

  • Manages and controls activities within a single country or a sub-region which is part of a larger geographical Region.

  • Manages at least 4 employees and typically between 8 and 15 direct reports. Span of Control guidelines may differ from these numbers.

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent

  • Typically 10+ years experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Services Quote to Cash Renewal Manager will help manage the complexity of OS renewals across multiple regions and product lines has with increased focus on the following

  • Streamlined Renewal Processes: A Global Renewal Manager will centralize and standardize the renewal process across all regions, ensuring consistency and reducing administrative overhead. This will lead to quicker renewal cycles and improved customer satisfaction.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Having a single point of ownership for renewals allows for deeper analysis of renewal performance, contract trends, and pricing optimization. These insights will enable more accurate forecasting and decision-making, further enhancing our renewal strategies.

  • Improved Stakeholder Collaboration: A global role ensures alignment between sales, finance, and product teams, enabling more cohesive and effective communication, especially with localized pricing teams. This alignment will improve the overall efficiency of handling large-scale or complex renewals.

  • Enhanced Customer Experience: With a focus on renewals, the manager will build stronger relationships with customers, ensuring that their evolving needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.
