JOB DESCRIPTION
Join our global team as a Project Coordinator and take the lead on impactful, international projects - all from the comfort of your home.
In this fully remote role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams around the world. You'll be the key point of contact for client communications, driving timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure excellence at every stage. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects from initiation through completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing support or redirecting as needed.
  • Leverage internal systems, qualified resources, and financial tools to plan, staff, execute, monitor, and evaluate project performance.
  • Collaborate with Emergo offices globally, as well as with cross-functional departments, to ensure seamless project intake, time tracking, invoicing, delivery, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate project schedules, timelines, resource allocation, and timesheet approvals.
  • Ensure the accurate and secure maintenance of all client-related documentation.
  • Adhere to project management procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • Resolve client issues related to service delivery, timelines, invoicing, and deliverables.
  • Participate in internal meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, based on the evaluation of credentials, training, and/or relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to lead customer meetings and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.
  • Exceptional customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Professional-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
