Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercialization paths and revenue growth models tailored for both Chinese and European/American markets.
- Optimize product monetization through data-driven approaches.
- Design a tiered B2B product operation system to enhance LTV (Customer Lifetime Value).
- Leverage C2C user behavior data to refine B2B service offerings.
- Build a SaaS product and ecosystem resource linkage for user growth, including viral tools and channel partnership programs.
- Establish SOPs for customer segmentation operations, covering flagship client nurturing, mid-tier client conversion funnels, and long-tail client automation mechanisms.
- Lead the design of product data tracking points and develop user behavior analysis models to drive product iterations and operational strategy optimization.
- Coordinate with technology, marketing, sales, and other departments to advance project implementation, establishing cross-departmental KPI alignment mechanisms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in internet product operations, with at least 3 years of successful B2B commercialization case studies (GMV/ARR data required).
- Proven track record in managing operations in both Chinese and European/American markets.
- Experience in B2C2B composite operations, familiar with at least two growth models such as cold start strategies for dual-sided platforms and PLG (Product-Led Growth) for SaaS products.
- Practical experience in AI-related fields.
- Proficient in LTV/CAC calculations, customer segmentation modeling, and funnel conversion optimization methodologies.
- Skilled in using SQL/Python for basic data analysis and independent completion of operational effect attribution analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong ability to quickly learn new knowledge and adapt to changing environments.
- Strong team spirit and excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
