Global ATR Leader at a glance
This role is responsible for and mandated to drive the Global ATR enterprise strategy, and their continued enhancement in support of delivering Kraft Heinz Global Business objectives. They This Leader will own the end-to-end performance of this function, identifying, designing and leading the individual business process transformation initiatives. This role will be expected to drive GBS ATR Tower through its next phase by creating value through consumer-centric and innovative solutions.

  • Leverage the operational metrics and work with the zone operations teams to identify opportunities

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$184,800.00 - $231,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
