Your tasks:
You are responsible for developing, standardizing and optimizing procurement processes across the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient procurement operations, implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Design, implement, standardize and continuously improve global procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and work closely with internal stakeholders (IT, supply chain, finance etc.)

Provide training and support to procurement teams globally on new processes and tools

Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement and cost-saving initiatives; develop and maintain comprehensive reports on procurement performance and process improvements

Lead the integration of procurement technologies (such as e-procurement systems and EDI) to streamline operations

Manage procurement-related projects, including roll-outs of new systems and processes
Your profile:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field with several years of experience in procurement, supply chain management or process improvement in an international setting

Profound knowledge of SAP, especially the MM module and other procurement related tools/platforms

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; collaborative and able to work effectively with diverse teams

Fluent in English, other languages like French are a plus

Legally required notice in case of an employment in Austria: Minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the IT industry (ST2) is € 55.300,- gross per year, paid over 14 installments. The actual offer takes market prices, qualifications and professional experience into account.
