We’re looking for a Global People Operations Coordinator to streamline global HR operations and create a compliant, unified and standout people experience that wows. Location: 3175 Century Way, Thorpe Park Gardens, Leeds LS15 8ZB

What You’ll Do

  • Be a key player in shaping and elevating global HR practices, policies, and documentation, driving a globally connected single team.

  • Streamline the employee lifecycle, making it smooth, scalable, and self-serve driven.

  • Champion a balance of compliance and creativity, ensuring we meet global standards and wow our people.

  • Make Workday your playground, turn it into the central hub for people resources, data, and decision-making power.

  • Keep our people data sharp, accurate, and actionable—fuelling next-level insights and strategic moves.

  • Maintain up to date data in Workday to enable the team to supercharge HR data and turn numbers to next level moves.

  • Support exciting HR projects, helping to build future-ready systems and processes.

  • Stay ahead of the curve on global employment laws and help keep our policies fresh and forward-looking.

  • Support our comp and benefits programs with data, research, and insights that keep us competitive.

  • Play a big part in building a connected, aligned, and high-performing global People Team.

What You’ll Bring

  • A passion for building efficient, scalable processes - you love making things better, smarter, and faster.

  • Solid HR generalist experience. Bonus points if you’ve worked in a global organisation.

  • Experience with Workday (or similar) and a love for leveraging tech to improve the employee experience.

  • Next-level attention to detail and a natural knack for organisation—you catch the little things before they become big things.

  • Known for getting stuff done—you follow through, follow up, and keep things moving.

  • Strong communicator and collaborator—you know how to build great relationships and work cross-functionally with ease.

  • You bring the fun! Whether it’s a project sprint or policy review, you know how to keep the vibe positive and people engaged.

  • Experience in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments where priorities shift and flexibility is key.

  • CIPD certification (or working toward it) is a big plus.
