About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager within Global Payments & Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions. This role will be focused on User Acceptance Testing for Global Payment & Liquidity products including International Branches.

In this role, you will:
- Lead user acceptance testing of complex initiatives for new products or enhancements
- Conduct thorough testing scenarios, including functional, usability, and end to end testing, to validate that the end product aligns with business requirements and customer expectations
- Write and maintain detailed test cases/scripts that are aligned with user and business needs
- Coordinate and participate in all testing activities, including planning, designing, scripting, execution, and reporting
- Work with business stakeholders to ensure clear acceptance criteria
- Review features, user stories, identifying gaps and forming scripts based on regulatory and business needs
- May lead cross -functional teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
- Maintain timelines and target dates to ensure alignment with Release Calendar specifications
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global product dynamics, mandates, and regulatory impact
- Oversee risk management to meet deliverables
- Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
- Collaborate with product managers, product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
- Perform thorough testing of International Payments applications to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects
- Document and report defects, and work with the development team to resolve them
- Utilize tools such as Octane and JIRA to track testing progress and manage defects
- Generate and analyze test reports to provide insights on testing outcomes and application quality
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance/User Acceptance Test Planning, Execution, and Reporting
- User Acceptance Testing experience in the financial services industry
- Experience with Global Payments & Liquidity Banking Platforms, systems and processes
- Proficiency in using testing tools such as Octane (Or Application Lifecycle Management- ALM) and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to solution and partner effectively with key stakeholders
