We are looking for a Global Operational Excellence Manager! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris. 

Your key missions:

As the Global Operational Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining best in class manufacturing target operating models, implementing line-centric organizations, shopfloor digitalization and the group global autonomous management pilar to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the entire global Integrated Operations organization.  This role will contribute driving operational excellence across 93 sites delivering a 4% Year on Year COGS productivity. This role will ensure that the organization is engaged and committed to continuous improvement and remains competitive and efficient in our dynamic market context.

  • In the context of the integrated backbone, you will lead the definition of the Group Manufacturing Target Operating Model.

  • You will define Line Centric Organization Model and Lead Implementation with Factory Managers, OpEx Managers

  • You will develop and Lead the Global AM pilar.

  • You will define with the IT/OT teams the Digital Acceleration / Shopfloor Digitalization Roadmap.

  • You have an 8+ years of experience in managing operations/sites, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or related roles within the manufacturing industry (FMCG or Spirit Industry preferred).

  • You have a track record of successfully implementing line centric organizations and driving operational excellence and shopfloor digitalization in a global manufacturing or production environment.

  • You have a proven track record of leading large-scale productivity improvement initiatives, resulting in significant cost savings and operational efficiencies.

  • You possess a strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute plans that deliver sustainable implementation.

  • Experience working in a global or multi-site environment, with a strong understanding of the complexities and challenges associated with driving operational excellence across diverse locations

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to influence and align diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in leading operational excellence initiatives including Line Centric Organizations, AM, digitalization within a large-scale manufacturing or production environment.

  • Strong understanding of production management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Ability to analyze data, benchmarks to drive actionable insights to define manufacturing target operating models and operational efficiency.

  • Proficiency in change management, with the ability to drive cultural transformation and organizational alignment towards operational excellence goals.
