The Global Marketing Program Manager (m/f/d) (GMPM) plans and coordinates marketing programs and campaigns to promote Agilent’s Biomolecular Analysis portfolio for the Life Sciences and Diagnostics Group (LDG). The objective of these campaigns is to generate demand through innovative marketing strategies that grow business and capture market share. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer of biomolecular analysis products who has demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns in support of product launch and commercialization as well as sustaining demand generation campaigns. The right candidate for this role will strategically collaborate with divisional product marketing teams and leaders across LDG to develop business cases and strong campaign plans. This candidate will additionally report on the success of tactics within their marketing campaigns to management.

Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative marketing programs and campaigns in strong collaboration with the product marketing organization to grow our business and capture market share for LDG
  • Coordinate campaign development and deployment, align deployment and deliver updates to global field marketing counterparts and product management
  • Collaborate with global and field marketing to analyze related competitive information, market, and customer data; facilitate effective program development that meets multiregional needs; ensure global efficacy of programs and align execution
  • Collaborate with product managers, other LDG commercial marketing MPMs, and marketing communications professionals to develop product messaging, translating it into marketing collateral, promotion and commercialization plans
  • Coordinate with Agilent LDG divisions and functions to align programs as well as support the overall LDG marketing message and strategy
  • Report and supervise campaign performance to commercialization and product marketing management, suggest and implement improvements in order to optimize campaign value, and improve business impact

This position is preferably based in our Waldbronn office in Germany (hybrid model), but can also be based remotely in Germany, UK, France, Austria or on the US East Coast in Little Falls, Delaware.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or other related fields, masters or doctorate degree preferred
  • Proficient years of work experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in life sciences and diagnostics markets is a strong plus
  • Experience developing global marketing programs to drive demand for new and existing products and solutions
  • Excellent communication skills (written/oral) and fluency in English
  • Demonstrate ability to develop marketing plans that align with strategic objectives
  • Experience in managing and driving direct marketing customer lead generation, nurture, and acquisition programs
  • Flexibility in working hours to align with US partners

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
