As the Global Marketing Manager, Wellness, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic and operational goals of the Global Wellness team. Reporting to a Sr. Global Marketing Director Wellness, in Warren, NJ, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including R&D, QSC, Finance, Business Units and Regions, to ensure the successful execution of global initiatives within VMS and Digestive Health. You will support the implementation of future-facing science platforms, harmonization, and innovation pipelines as well as analytics to maximize global innovation efficiencies.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

Innovation Support:

  • Lead key innovation projects within future facing scientific areas (Daily Nutrition, select benefit spaces) to build a robust innovation pipeline.

  • Lead Global Scientific Platform Innovation expansion to year 2 markets (post first year 1 launch markets) to increase reach and impact of global platforms into additional markets, driving business growth and scientific credibility.

Cross-Regional Collaboration:

  • Inspire and guide BUs and regional teams to drive alignment and foster a culture of enterprise thinking and accountability.

  • Facilitate cross-sharing of innovation platform best practices across business units (APAC, EMEA/LATAM, and NA) to support “share and reapply”.

  • Leverage regional insights to identify opportunities for scalable innovation initiatives and contribute to global strategy development.

Sustainability & Harmonization Initiatives:

  • Lead global Centrum Bottle Harmonization and Carton Removal initiatives across 6 manufacturing plants, as the global project accountability lead, ensuring alignment across regions and functions.

Centrum Brand Architecture:

  • Facilitate dialogue with EMEA, LATAM, and North America Business Units to ensure their innovation pipelines align with the global Centrum brand architecture and remain within global innovation guardrails.

  • Support the implementation of global strategies, focusing on range and innovation in collaboration with the Wellness Design Team.

Analytics:

  • Analyze and assess scalability (COGS, formulation, etc.) of existing innovation pipeline and Wellness product catalog to identify opportunities for global expansion or removal from product catalog to focus on the most productive and scalable platforms and formulations.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years’ experience in FMCG marketing

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional and regional stakeholders.

  • Strategic influencing capabilities involving both mental agility and people agility to understand and align stakeholder requirements.

  • Analytical mindset with P&L management experience and strong ability to leverage data for decision-making.

The salary range for this role is:  $131,666 - $180,353 USD + bonus
