We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as the Global Logistics Finance Manager. Reporting to the Head of Global Logistics Finance, this role will be instrumental in overseeing financial planning and performance management activities within the logistics function. The Global Logistics Finance Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and provide valuable insights for decision-making processes.
Key Ingredients:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Company's logistics goals. This includes assisting in long-term strategic planning, tactical budgeting, and target setting, while ensuring alignment with business and regional finance teams.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to evaluate logistics performance. Provide insights to executive leadership, collaborate on strategic decision-making, and contribute to resource allocation discussions.
  • Cost Management: Oversee Global Logistics Cost results, focusing on financial outcomes, productivity initiatives, and savings. Contribute to the implementation of methodologies and tools for cost analysis and performance measurement.
  • Network Design Support: Collaborate with the Network Design team to provide financial expertise and guidance for logistics network optimization initiatives. Assist in the development of financial models and analysis to inform network design decisions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics leadership, FP&A, Data Analytics, and other teams to support business initiatives and operational excellence. Provide financial expertise and guidance to align objectives with logistics and network design strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of finance transformation initiatives for logistics and network design areas. Support the implementation of automation and continuous improvement efforts aligned with Company's strategic goals.


Recipe for Success: Apply if it sounds like you

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with exposure to logistics or supply chain management preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
