We are seeking a Global Leadership & Growth Coach to join the People Experience Team at Mendix. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality leadership training programmes to support the development of leaders across the organisation globally. You will deliver training both online and on-site, using workshops, coaching sessions, and a hybrid delivery model. Ideally, you will have experience with frameworks such as the "Speed of Trust" or similar leadership models to ensure our training aligns with key leadership principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Programme Development: Design and develop leadership training programmes that cater to both online and on-site learners, ensuring alignment with Mendix’s leadership philosophy and core values.
  • On-Site Workshops and Coaching: Deliver face-to-face leadership workshops at various global locations, promoting collaboration and communication among teams.
  • Virtual Leadership Training: Utilise online tools to provide interactive and effective leadership training for teams and individuals, ensuring accessibility for a global audience.
  • Tailored Training Solutions: Work with the leadership team and stakeholders to assess specific training needs and create bespoke training solutions to address those requirements.
  • Framework Expertise: Apply leadership frameworks such as "Speed of Trust" to build trust, transparency, and accountability within teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the People & Culture team to continually refine training content based on feedback and the evolving needs of the organisation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leaders and managers globally to ensure training meets their expectations and aligns with business objectives.
  • Leadership Strategy: Work with senior leaders to continually refine and adapt the leadership development strategy

Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing and delivering leadership training programmes, ideally within a global organisation.
  • Familiarity with leadership models like "Speed of Trust" or equivalent frameworks.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage both on-site and virtual audiences, including C-suite and first-time managers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Availability to travel globally for on-site training and workshops.
  • Experience in leadership development within a fast-paced, evolving business environment and the ability to pivot and adjust training approaches to meet new demands is preferred.
