About the role
The Global Leadership Development Specialist will be responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of Haleon’s global leadership programs and tools ensuring high quality of experience and impact.
This exciting new role will manage external partners/vendors including contracting, onboarding and SLA/KPI management, and drive communication and engagement with stakeholders to drive participation and awareness of our tools and programs.
The Leadership Development Specialist will be responsible for the flawless planning and execution of leadership programs and complex global leadership projects; engaging with internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver across the organization.
This role will provide the opportunity to lead key activities to improve the awareness and uptake of our leadership programs and resources as well as maximize their impact. It will be a great steppingstone for anyone wanting to progress their learning / leadership development career in a global organization that is growing at pace.
Key responsibilities
- Manage quality leadership development and talent development products, programs and services with detailed integrated work plans for each project.
- Partner with the Learning Services team and external partners to ensure our leadership development programs and tools are wired for excellence delivering a streamlined and impactful experience for participants.
- Set up and manage our leadership program alumni communities to drive sustained engagement and learning of our graduates.
- Create effective communication plans and materials for all projects/programs for all key stakeholder groups.
- Partner with the Learning Services team to gather and track leadership development KPIs and evaluation data and provide regular reporting to our stakeholders (e.g. HRBPs and Leaders). Ensuring measures are relevant and understood by managers.
- Work with HR to understand local requirements and recommend suitable programs and tools and partner on deployment plans.
- Provide insights and governance to continuously evolve our Leadership Development approach, enabling consistency for impact and simplification for local BU/functional deployment.
- Develop consistent processes that measure effectiveness, business relevance and cost of leadership and talent development tools and programs.
- Manage the onboarding and management of external vendors to ensure high levels of service delivery. Monitors service levels and gives timely feedback.
Qualifications and Essential Skills
-Minimum 8 years of experience in learning or leadership development.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
-Flexibility and willingness to learn.
-Exposure to working in global teams.
Preferred
-Masters in Human Resources/Organization Development/related fields.
-Prior experience in Organization Development and Leadership Development.
-Working with global teams & stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
