We’re building a high-performance, digital organization through our global NorthStar program—and we’re looking for a Global Key User – Lead to Order (L2O) to help lead the way.
Your tasks
In this role, you’ll coordinate key user activities across regions to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of our new global business process template. You’ll work closely with process owners and program teams to guide system design, testing, training, and user support. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on collaboration, structure, and driving transformation across a global organization. This is a hybrid role and can be based remotely in Europe or from a Kardex office.
Your profile
- Proven experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams in a transformation or system implementation context
- Strong understanding of the Lead to Order (L2O) process or end-to-end sales cycle, ideally within an industrial manufacturing enviroment
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and CPQ applications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different functions and regions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a global matrix environment and influencing without authority
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Regular international travel (approx. 25%) will be expected to support collaboration across regions.
