What you’ll do?

As Global Innovation Research Manager at P&G, your focus will be on delivering new solutions to the IT function. You will play an integral role in defining the innovation strategy and long-term vision of the function. Working collaboratively with the central technology leadership team, functional leaders and decision-makers across the different business units, you will be expected to nurture key internal relationships and uncover the biggest challenges they face in their day-to-day operations. Using this knowledge and your relationships in the global tech eco-system, you will perform startups mapping and tech due-diligence to identify and assess the best startups for us to partner with.

Your main responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with internal technology business units’ leaders to map current and future needs

  • Conduct landscape assessment and prepare startup mappings according to the identified needs

  • Maintain close relationships with a vast network of VCs & Accelerators in key innovation markets

  • Perform tech due-diligence and risk assessments on relevant startups

  • Maintain focus on new technologies and identify new trends and opportunities

Job Qualifications

  • A bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficient in technology with a solid understanding of market trends and major industry players.
  • Capable of conducting thorough technical due diligence across various domains.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated team leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a quick learner.
  • Strategic problem solver with the capacity to translate ideas into actionable outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
