In our Algerian Hub, our goal is to offer a secure and flexible profitability framework to allow our operational teams to focus on growth. This involves effectively managing our investments (technology, human resources…) and steering our growth in new markets.
What will be your role?
The Growth Data Analyst will be responsible for managing the data infrastructure and analytics supporting Heetch’s Growth and Marketing team. You will oversee the data flows from various growth tools, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and meaningful visualization for performance tracking and decision-making. Your role will be key in analyzing acquisition and CRM processes, conducting statistical analyses, and providing recommendations on growth initiatives.
What will you do?
As a Growth Data Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:
Growth Data Visualization: Creating dashboards and visual reports to support the Growth and Marketing team in making data-driven decisions.
Performance Analysis: Tracking key acquisition and CRM metrics, identifying trends, and evaluating the effectiveness of growth campaigns.
Statistical Analysis: Applying statistical methods to assess marketing and acquisition efficiency, supporting decision-making with actionable insights.
Data Pipeline Management: Handling data extraction, transformation, and storage from platforms such as Google Ads Analytics, Apple Search Analytics, Adjust, and Firebase.
Optimization & Strategy: Providing strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer acquisition, retention, and CRM efficiency.
Collaboration: Working closely with the Growth, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth data integration and reporting.
Does it sound like you?
3 to 5+ years of experience in a data-driven role, preferably in growth analytics and business intelligence.
Strong knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data management.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
Experience with acquisition marketing is preferable.
Fluent in English and French.
Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
Ability to work autonomously while fostering a strong team environment.
Bonus: Experience in digital marketing analytics and familiarity with Heetch
