As an Associate on the Finance & Business Management team, you will be uniquely positioned to gain exposure to a global technology organization. You will collaborate globally across a diverse set of stakeholders and geographic locations in a dynamic environment. You will have visibility into the Chief Technology Office ( CTO) , while having the opportunity to learn about complex products and delivering on key priorities. In this role you will work with the leadership team, responsible to explain financial performance and drivers of investments and expenses and advise on how best to execute on strategic and tactical goals. You will rely heavily on MS Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and craft narratives based on real-life activity to tell a story.
The Chief Technology Office (CTO) is dedicated to integrating new and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. The mission is to foster collaboration, create integrated platforms, and align technology adoption with business goals to deliver value and elevate technical talent across the firm. The CTO oversees the company's technology strategy and infrastructure, focusing on several key areas: transforming early-stage research into practical applications that align with business objectives; collaborating with leaders to shape strategic directions for technology evolution; promoting engineering and architectural excellence; designing and delivering enterprise products and platforms, such as identity and access management and data capabilities; and ensuring a resilient technology environment through proactive risk management and data governance.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support to the CTO, CFO, and management team.
  • Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Organize complex information into management-ready materials.
  • Respond to executive-level ad-hoc requests, including presentations and financial updates.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product suite and infrastructure.
  • Own current-state processes and identify weaknesses, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Independently manage projects and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with Finance & Business Management colleagues across Corporate & Enablement Technology.
  • Build and manage the annual budget and monthly reforecasting.
  • Present monthly financial results and provide financial analysis and reporting.
  • Act as a control gate for expense requests and analyze the total cost base.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Solid financial mindset with numerical discipline.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities with flexibility.
  • Results and deadline-oriented with a proactive approach to improvement.
  • Skilled in managing large data sets and eager to learn new tools and processes.
  • Keen interest in technology and modernization initiatives.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in financial, accounting, or technology roles, or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong academic background with an interest in financial management.
  • Passion for data analysis and interpretation.
  • Team player with a track record of building relationships and becoming a trusted partner.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Highly motivated, able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Alteryx as a \"Citizen Developer\" is advantageous.
