Executive level communications across both internal and external stakeholders. Will represent our Senior Vice President and Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer and will be able to communicate topics related to credit, fraud, and collections risk analytics to these audiences.

Credit, fraud & collections risk analytics: you will have a deep understanding of what it takes to design a credit policy and be able to translate the new functional product needs to analytic/modeling needs.

Expert level understanding of cloud-based products and services, demonstrating an understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure, and deployment of AI/ML models.

Industry & Competitive Knowledge: Anticipate business and regulatory issues that affect product discipline and function, and identify/implement measures to optimize outcomes for Equifax; Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and industry peers, building a strong understanding of current issues and the strategies used to guide the product function.

Knowledge of Customer: Establish and maintain communications with critical customers in order to understand their needs and receive their feedback

Technical Knowledge of Products: Leverage technical knowledge of products and product lines to define, meet, and anticipate future customer needs by managing across the cross functional team delivering, implementing, and supporting the products/product lines across their lifecycle including development, delivery channels, customer implementations, customer support, and product enhancements
This position is based in Atlanta, GA. This resource will be required to be local and able to work in both midtown and Alpharetta locations.
To adhere to our Return To Office (RTO) weekly onsite requirements, Equifax has a hybrid schedule that requires 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) each and every week.

People Leadership: Drive and manage the performance of Global D&A innovation product leaders and Machine Learning (ML) engineers, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their successful career development ; Set clear expectations for effective talent management and hold subordinate managers accountable for goal-setting, honest employee evaluations, and the incorporation of actionable development plans

Customer Analytic Life Cycle Innovation: Provide thought leadership in the development of Analytic products and product lines (such as credit and fraud analytic products); Consult with Business Unit Product team in co-innovating next generation Credit products. Thorough understanding of end to end customer analytic life cycle (across marketing, credit, fraud, collections etc.) for financial services, Telco and insurance.

AI/ML Engineering Innovation: Provide thought leadership to a team of ML Engineers and ensure next generation data science products reach production at scale. Work with technology, Business Unit Product, Data and Analytics teams and drive new product and engineering innovation.

Ownership of Deployment of Analytic Tools: Responsible for evaluation of AI/ML Model Development, Model Performance Monitoring tools. Key decision maker on the buy vs build decisions for various analytic tools across Equifax. Provide thought leadership on various AI/ML tools, such as Vertex.AI and LLM Model Garden.

Product Definition - Demonstrate understanding of portfolios and each leaders execution of product definition and opportunity prioritization; Consult on commercial model and packaging decisions.

Product Strategy & Planning - Create the vision and develop the strategy for new innovative product portfolios; Articulate the strategy across the organization and ensure alignment with key stakeholders; Drive Build, Buy, Partner approach and decisions for the products, product lines, & product portfolios within purview
What experience you need

Bachelor's degree (Graduate degree preferred along with Product Management certifications)

Minimum of 10 years experience in Product Management and/or credit/fraud risk analytics experience

Minimal of 5 years of building and leading high-performing product teams, overseeing the full talent lifecycle from onboarding to fostering a positive work environment that promotes retention and growth; Demonstrates passion about empowering team members through continuous coaching, mentoring, and tailored development programs, and consistently demonstrates the ability to proactively manage capacity and resources to ensure optimal productivity and successful project delivery.

Demonstrates a strong influential leadership style, leading teams in a highly matrixed environment required, working cross-functionally to drive innovation, prioritization and go-to-market strategies to deliver financial growth across product portfolios containing multiple products.

Expert in cloud-based products and services, demonstrating an understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure, and deployment models

Mentors teams to write detailed product requirements and demonstrates a solid understanding of product design, commercial model and packaging discussions

Experienced in Product tools required (Aha, JIRA, Figma)

Expert in Design Thinking for innovation is a plus (Use creative design thinking to develop innovative business solutions. Apply creative and analytical tools to develop real solutions for real needs, including personas, empathy mapping, prototyping and iteration models.)
