Zoom is looking to grow its global Contact Center Solution Engineering team. Do you have a passion for working with customers? Do you have experience working in the Customer Experience industry? The Global CX Solutions Engineer will report directly to the Global Head of CX Solutions Engineering. You will support our sales efforts by engaging with the largest and most complex customers.
About the Team
The Global Contact Center Solution Engineering team at Zoom is a high-impact, customer focused group of professionals dedicated to transforming the customer experience landscape. We work at the forefront of innovation, partnering with some of the world’s most complex and influential organizations to deliver cutting-edge cloud contact center solutions. Our team blends deep industry expertise with a passion for technology, collaborating closely with sales, product, and marketing to drive Zoom’s CX strategy forward. As trusted advisors, we’re not just shaping customer journeys—we’re helping build Zoom’s next billion-dollar business, one strategic engagement at a time.
What we’re looking for
- 15+ years working in and around the Contact Center industry, having completed at least 1 full year at Zoom.
- 10+ years of demonstrable experience working with global, complex and very large customers in a Solutions Engineering capacity.
- Have an understanding of the complexities and nuances with very large customers face in migrating from on premises to cloud solution.
- Have exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with and influence C-level executives.
- Have hands-on experience with global complex contact center implementations and architecture design would be ideal
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$167 300,00
Maximum:
$366 100,00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
