Tricentis is looking for a global customer campaign specialist focused on supporting global customer programs that drive revenue and retention. The global customer campaign specialist will support executing, and optimizing campaigns that enhance customer engagement, product expansion, product adoption, and retention through the management of impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns. By leveraging customer insights, and data analytics, this role ensures the successful implementation of programs that align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Campaign and Program Management
- Execute campaign strategies to drive customer expansion and retention, including setting clear goals and managing timelines.
- Executes the day-to-day operations of the customer campaigns including the data segmentation, email copy writing, creative development, testing, and deployment of multimedia marketing tactics for multiple products.
- Develop and run highly targeted multi-touch renewal campaigns.
- Ensure alignment of campaigns with overall business objectives and optimize efforts to maximize customer growth and optimize retention.
- Utilize marketing automation, customer community tools, and CRM tools to manage campaign workflows, including email marketing, in-app messaging, webinars, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, including engagement metrics, conversion rates, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Align renewals and expansion efforts with global and regional events.
- Results Measurement and Reporting:
- Provide ongoing reporting for a primary set of key email performance indicators (KPIs) and provide the campaign team with actionable recommendations as it relates to performance across KPIs.
- Primarily responsible for creating Salesforce reports used in customer email programs and providing to the team that needs them.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
This position requires initiative and a high degree of efficiency, while building relationships throughout the organization. We are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a Business or Marketing.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage a campaign end-to-end.
- Must have Salesforce Lightening report building experience.
- Strong analytical skills and exposure to marketing metrics.
- Knowledge of Asana, and a marketing automation platform (Marketo) is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of landing page and email marketing best practices; especially for discount and promotional campaigns.
- Ability to prioritize based on opportunities and effectively multitask.
- Desire to work in the technology sector with a growing company.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be high energy, passionate and have a positive "can do" attitude.
