Job Details
The primary responsibilities for the role is to support the Global finance team in the monthly management accounting and reporting for the central entities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the monthly management accounting and reporting process for the Global corporate entities in the UK
- Monthly bank postings and reconciliations
- Intercompany transaction postings and reconciliation
- AP oversight with SSC to ensure timely invoice to AP and payment
- Monthly processing or accruals and prepayments
- Assisting with year-end audits, VAT returns, tax and treasury related items
- Completion of balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with the production of year end UK statutory accounts
- Assisting with running Hyperion reporting at month end such as DSO/DPOS and other related Hyperion tasks
- Assistance with fixed asset reporting process
- Assist with ad hoc reporting requirements as directed by the FC or Accounting Manager, to include customer rebate tracking and supporting administration of lease calculations
Work experience:
- Part qualified Accountant and / or experience in accounting
- Industry experience of 1-3 years in monthly management accounting
Skills and knowledge:
- Strong in Excel
- Strong Experience of ERP systems, preferably SAP or/and Hyperion
- Experience of dealing in a medium to large multi-currency environment would be beneficial
- Used to working to monthly and quarterly deadlines
- Strong communications, fluent written and spoken English
- Dependable, reliable and trustworthy
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work as team and independently
- Remains calm under pressure

- Able to prioritize workload
