Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche Gestionnaire Programme Chaîne d’Approvisionnement et Qualité  pour rejoindre notre équipe procurement basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada)

Votre rôle en tant que Gestionnaire Programme Chaîne d’Approvisionnement et Qualité sera :

  • Faciliter la collaboration entre les Gestionnaires de la Chaîne d’approvisionnement et Qualité avec les fonctions Airbus Canada

  • S’assurer que les Gestionnaires Chaîne d’approvisionnement et Qualité adhèrent aux demandes et priorités du Programme A220

  • Suivre les Airbus Disclosure Letters (ADL), Safety Related Items (SARI) et Snags avec le réseau SCQM (Supply Chain and Quality Managers)

  • Consolider les statuts opérationnels (Program Adherence Review (PAR), Montée en cadence, Transfer of Work (TOW), etc.)

  • Participer aux projets d’optimisation industriels

  • Soutenir les projets Design to Cost

  • S’assurer que la surveillance des requis Qualité est conforme au travers des activités: Supplier Control Review (SCR), Supplier Approvals, etc.)

Vos activités principales seront:

  • Soutenir et guider les Gestionnaires de la Chaîne d’approvisionnement et Qualité lorsque des points doivent être remontés aux fonctions Airbus Canada

  • Cascader les requis et priorités du Programme à la commodité et communauté Achats Opérations Equipements et Systèmes (POE)

  • Contrôler et surveiller les analyses des causes racines / actions correctives des Airbus Discloser Letters (ADL) et Safety Related Items (SARI) avec le réseau des Gestionnaires de la Chaîne d’approvisionnement et Qualité

  • Préparer les statuts de montée en cadence et les Transferts of Work (TOW) avec la commodité POE à des fins de reporting au Senior Management Airbus Canada

  • Remplir les Surveillance Control Reviews (SCR) et suivre les approbations afin d’assurer la conformité avec les plans de surveillance Qualité

  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance POE (ressources, budgets, indicateurs clés de performance (KPI))

Définir, comprendre et expliquer tous les aspects de la stratégie, basé sur les objectifs commerciaux d’Airbus.

Traduire la stratégie en étapes et activités claires, la partager avec toutes les équipes impactées, avec l’objectif final de la satisfaction de nos clients. 

En ligne avec le leadership model d’Airbus, gérer des équipes multidisciplinaires (MFT) selon les besoins. Engager, développer et motiver les équipes MFT, promouvoir et collaborer dans un esprit qui casse les silos. Adopter des méthodes de travail Lean et éliminer les tâches/activités sans valeur ajoutée et répétitives. Sécuriser la business sur le court /moyen/ long terme, en contribuant à la profitabilité d’Airbus.

En tant que candidat idéal,

  • Vous possédez un diplôme en approvisionnement ou gestion de projet

  • Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances des activités industrielles (l’aéronautique est un plus)

  • Vous avez de l’expérience en chaîne d’approvisionnement/logistique

  • Vous êtes un Team Player, vous avez une très bonne capacité d’écoute, vous êtes capable de créer du lien avec les différents acteurs et clients internes

  • Vous avez d’excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication

  • Maitrisez le Français & Anglais: niveau de négociation

You have experience in Program, you have worked in the field of quality supply chain and you want to evolve and develop new skills? This position is for you! The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Supply Chain and Quality Program Manager to join our procurement team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada)

In your A220 Supply Chain and Quality Program Manager duties, your main activities will be:

  • Facilitate collaboration between Supply Chain & Quality Manager network and Airbus Canada functions

  • Ensure SCQMs adhere to Programme requirements and priorities

  • Follow up of Airbus Disclosure Letters, Safety Related Items, and Snags with SCQMs network

  • Consolidation of operational statuses (Program Adherence Review, Ramp Up, Transfer Of Work, etc.)

  • Support industrial optimization projects

  • Support Design to Cost project

  • Secure compliance to quality surveillance requirements (Supplier Control Reviews, Suppliers Approvals, etc.)

Your main activities will be: 

  • Support SCQM network when issues to be addressed with Airbus Canada functions

  • Cascade Programme requirements and priorities to Procurement Operations Equipment and Systems SCQMs

  • Monitor containment and root cause analysis / corrective actions of ADL and SARIs with SCQMs network

  • Prepare rate readiness and ToW status for POE for reporting to Airbus Canada Senior Management

  • Perform SCR and Approvals to ensure compliance to quality surveillance requirements

  • Performance Management POE reporting (resource, budget, performance KPI)

Defining, understanding and explaining all aspects of the strategy, based upon Airbus business objectives. Translating the strategy into a clear set of activities, shared with the impacted team(s), with the objective of customer's satisfaction. 

In line with the Airbus leadership model, manage Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) as required. Engage, develop and motivate the MFT, promoting collaboration and out of silos mindset. Deliver on time, cost and quality expected customers products. Adopt lean means to detect and eliminate wastes and not added value tasks/activities. Secure the business at short/mid/long term, contributing to increase Airbus profitability. 

As the ideal candidate,

  • You have experience in Project Management

  • You have very good knowledge of Industrial businesses (Aerospace is a plus)

  • You have a proven background in Supply-Chain

  • Ability to connect to internal customers, listen, demonstrate value proposal 

  • Can do attitude, looking for solutions, bringing people together 

  • You have Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • You speak English & French negotiation level
